What to tell me
- The date of the event (approximate is fine)
- The venue and city, if already chosen
- Expected guest count
- Type of event: wedding, private party, corporate event
- The timings you have in mind, from the start to the end of the music
- Whether you are interested in live musicians (sax, violin, percussion)
- If you work with a wedding planner or agency, their contact
With that, I will send availability and a written quote in a single message, without three rounds of email.
Timing
When to get in touch
For a wedding between May and September, the recommended lead time is 10-14 months. Saturdays in June and September in Tuscany are the first dates to go.
For corporate events and private parties the average lead time is 2-4 months, though dates do get confirmed two weeks out. It is always worth asking.
